About My Family
Ranch horses, crossbred cows, Catahoula working cowdogs and a few dayworking cowboys and cowgirls, all provide many subjects for sculptures.
I love my life and am thankful for it everyday. If a small part of that makes you smile...
then it's art, and for that I thank you!
Raising Catahoulas, (working cowdogs), gives a deep appreciation for a dog that will stand still long enough to be sculpted!
The birddog here was sculpted from a photograph. "Shine" was a champion who's been gone for many years, but this image in bronze will not fade.
